LIBRARY:

The SPCE library is a storehouse of information and has approximately fifty-thousand books,journals and subscribes fifty periodicals of which twenty are of foreign publications.

The highlight of the library is the OPAC facility using the latest Slim software (Ver 2.0),which acts as a search engine to find out the availability of books in the library.There is Internet connection,besides that there are five P.C.s connected to a server. Printing and xeroxing facilities is also available.The library also has a reading hall.The books have been bar-coded and a huge database is maintained. The library offers biblographical services,information about various articles and also helps students by displaying latest books acquired by the library. Daily newspapers are fixed on reading desks and clippings provided regarding current affairs

READING ROOM:

The reading room basically serves as an extension to the  library and is always lively with students who are free to complete their  assignments and other work here.Though not as spacious as the library it   has enough desks and chairs to make students feel comfortable.During mega   events such as SPACE this room is converted into a venue for competitions such as Rangoli etc.

DRAWING HALLS:

The college has four main drawing halls,each one of which  covers enormous space and is indeed very well equipped.There are numerous  drawing boards,one on each desk to facilitate drawing and also stools for sitting.Besides each desk has an in-built locker that is lent to students so that they may store their drawing tools and  books.The drawing halls are specific to each branch,Mechanical Engg.,Civil Engg.,F.E.Drawing halls for both aided and un-aided divisions.The college constantly maintains the  halls and these halls are venues for events such as Quizzes,Drawing competitions,etc during cultural events of the college.

SEMINAR HALL:

The fully air-conditioned seminar hall is an ideal place for conducting seminars of Winter schools,I.E.E.E., lectures by visiting bodies and organisations both technical and non-technical.This is provided with extensive facilites needed for a perfect presentation such as non-dust boards,projectors and microphones besides a small stage.The hall has been useful for both students and professors.During SPACE Ghazal singing,and events like Western Instrumental during Technobreak are held here.

AUDITORIUM:

This is the place where the major college functions like College Annual Day,Rose Day,Freshies Welcome,and also many other events like  Fashion shows and Hindi singing during Technobreak and SPACE are held. This hall is provided with all the stage faclities and seating arrangements and also serves as a venue for conducting  O.M.S.admissions.

GYMNASIUM :

This was shifted close to Mecanical workshop a few months back and now has more room for students to come and enjoy a game of Table-Tennis or try  their skill at Carrom.This place is assuming more importance as a Table-Tennis tournament and also chess and carrom competitions were held here. Students need a certain amount of recreation besides studies and this place is precisely meant for that.It may be mentioned here that S.P.C.E. has one of the best teams of Cricket and Football amongst the various Engg. colleges and  they have won many Inter-Engg.college tournaments in these sports.The huge Bhavan's ground is where the various college cricketing events take place.Students as well as the college staff are actively involved in sporting activities.

G.S.ROOM:

This is the General Secretary's room and is a very happening place during the college events.The students who are the committee members make  important decisions and carve out various plans for the smooth functioning of the events in this room.It has all the facilities for maintaining efficient communication with the students of this as well as Cultural secretaries of other colleges.The college as mentioned in the events page is distinctly involved in various cultural events and we take pride in mentioning that.

COMMITTEE ROOM:

Just opposite the Principal's room,this well furnished room is specially meant for conducting high level college meetings by the staff. This is also the room chosen to make the special invitees of events like SPACE feel comfartable before they take on the audience.

CAFETARIA:

This place is ideal for relaxing with a glass of chilled Coke or hot coffee.It also serves varieties of snacks & confectionery.Generally students who get their lunch from  home  sit here and have their food.

MESS:

This is located outside the main college building and is a boon to the hostel students.This is a place where breakfast,lunch,evening snacks and also dinner is served to students at a concessional rate.The food is excellent and worth the price .

HOSTEL:

The students who take admission to S.P.C.E. come from places all over India and they can take benefit of this facility at a nominal cost.It is really advantageous for students as accomodation in Mumbai is both expensive and scarce.The hostel is located at a stone's throw away from the main college building.It has all the various facilities needed for making the student feel very much at home.
